Adam attended Purdue University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a specialization in Electrical Construction.  He has received his LEED AP certification and Master Electrician's License and is an AutoCAD Certified Professional.

After working with the construction services group as a project coordinator and engineer, Adam has taken on the role as Director of the Construction Services Group.  The group was established in 2005 to assist the Project Team in project start-up, technical aspects such as 3D coordination and BIM modeling, CPM scheduling, pre-fabrication, installation drawings, development of Work Assignments and labor monitoring and project closeout.

The Director of Construction Services is responsible to develop and implement sound construction standards for all projects, resulting in lower cost and higher returns for the corporation. Develop SOP for project procedures and over see the implementation of procedures on all projects. Conduct must, at all times, be ethical and professional to insure maximum total company profitability, as well as attaining maximum customer satisfaction.
